It lags behind in portraying the intensity in the love saga as it deserves in any intense love story movie. Anubhav Sinha has written and directed it while Sinha and Bhushan Kumar have produced it under the banner of T-Series. It is mainly filmed in England and Scotland.

This sequel has proved to be opposite of the former statement. It is an urge to make another successful movie. Being an intense love story as the genre, the prerequisite of the film was a strong story which couldnвЂ™t be found.ДЄpart from it, the director has missed out some important things which could have made it far better. The first part appears to be usual while the second part has fun and the real punch. It was expected to deliver much more based on expectations. The selection of picturesque locations is a good choice along with the sensual item number of Mouni Roy. The film has new a set of actors including Neha Sharma, Aditya Seal, and Aashim Gulati. Though they are young and energetic but failed to deliver performances as expected over the big screen. They couldnвЂ™t deliver real emotions and staggered dialogue delivery made it even worse. On the whole, it was an average performance for a newer star cast. But, it degraded the entertainment value of the romantic flick. Adding the item song without relevance couldnвЂ™t improve its fate. The direction appears to be failed due to the presence of new actors. The same amount of pain wasnвЂ™t seen in the sequel as it was in the prequel. The music wasnвЂ™t of that high quality either. The cinematography is superb and all the outdoor locations are fantastic. There are some good dialogues which adds up as an additional screenplay in the first half of the film. The movie has some great emotionally enriching scenes which are the highlight of the film and gives perfect tribute to the main concept of 'Tum Bin' franchise. The first half is enjoyable as well as intriguing due to the emotional and musical connect. The basic story idea is almost similar to 'Tum Bin' and goes perfectly with its theme. But before they could move ahead fate takes a twisted turn. In this process they fall in love with each other. Shekar blends with everyone and also helps Taran to overcome her grief. He also introduces his friendвЂ™s son Shekhar (Aditya Seal) to Taran and her family. As time flies Papaji requests Taran to move on with her life. This shatters Taran and Amar's father Papaji (Kanwaljeet Singh). One day while skiing Amar meets up with an accident and due to snow avalanche is body is nowhere to be found. 'Tum Bin 2' is a story of Amar (Aashim Gulati) and his girlfriend Taran (Neha Sharma), who are enjoying their winter holidays in a ski resort. The franchise factor along with some good songs has managed to gather mild expectations despite of presence of any big name in the film.

Director Anubhav Sinha made his debut with 'Tum Bin' in 2001 and after that went into the action genre by making films like 'Dus', 'Cash' and 'Ra.One'.He returns back to his old genre of emotional romance after a gap of fifteen years with 'Tum Bin 2'.
